Why would I spend any more time on it? It doesn't matter what I provide, you will discount it for your bias. Again, that doesn't make it any less true.

You only have to pass one litmus test:

Would you drink water from a well in a community with a shale oil mining outfit? I wouldn't.

Will you eat seafood from the Gulf of Mexico? I won't. BP has too many politicians in its pockets for me to believe that the seafood is safe. I have the feeling we're going to find out in the years or decades to come some nasty news in just how much is being actively hidden.
