>>>Very well, at your request, I will then close this issue, clean up the mess, merge the accounts and proceed with a lifetime ban suspension on the individual. After several attempts at causing trouble at this site, I think it is time to take the decision to solve this once and for all. The related 12 pages evidences on the identification process of the individual, all the rules which have been violated as well as the sum of all complaints we have received will be archived in case we need to open them up in the future.

>>Michel,

>>Based on your actions, you are claiming it was Kevin who was Grover. I really cannot believe that. I do not believe he would risk his professional integrity and MVP status on such nonsense. I think perhaps someone has the ability to spoof ips or something and may take target at someone else in the future now that they have been successful in this endeavor. If it were Kevin, he would have owned up to it and made the public apology but I do not believe he would have done it in the first place. Fake ids is something he is totally against and considers it cowardice. He has posted that publicly himself in the past.

>Kevin claims to me privately that it was definitely not him. I don't now what technical data Michel is looking at, but I would be astounded if Kevin were actually behind this ( though I could believe he had made an enemy of someone technically astute enough to pull it off. )
>
>But even if it were an ill considered joke on his part that had gotten out of hand, I would definitely have expected him to come forward at the point Michel offered an honorable out. I'm sure Michel expected that as well, as he thought it was Kevin.
>
>I am sorry Michel has to waste time on this kind of stuff, and I admire the patience he shows in dealing with this kind of completely unnecessary and unproductive distraction, but in this case I'd be very surprised if Kevin were actually the person responsible.
>
>I hope Michel and Kevin can speak privately and perhaps get to the bottom of it. Not having Kevin here would be a great loss to the UT.

I think Kevin will be a sad loss. I wonder what the clinching evidence for Michel was.
