>>Kitty Hawk is a real place and the KU Jayhawks is kevin's favorite team.
>
>Yes, Kitty Hawk is a city which exists. As far as who's favorite team is, it is not of my business.
>
>>Also, if Kevin found a thread interesting or Grover's messages suspicious and monitored the thread or his posts (I think quite a few folks may have been doing so because a few contacted me on how strange they were), then wouldn't it make sense for Kevin to log in to the UT or switch back to his browser while on his pc to view messages each time after Grover posted? Especially if there were any email notifications when Grover posted (or UT notifications for that matter).
>>
>>A couple folks did ask me privately if I thought it was Kevin -- only after you suggested in your message the co related information. However, more folks asked me privately if I thought it might be a couple of other folks. I won't post their names publicly here, because I think it is wrong to suggest anyone without sufficient evidence and would not cast a negative light on anyone without justification and cause. When Grover's posts became outrageous, many people were suspicious and suspecting a few members.
>>
>>That may be the case for a few folks. That is why I asked: Did you run the same algorithm on all members?
>
>So far, one has been linked directly to Grover's account and that is without any doubt. As I mentioned to Al, if there is a third person involved, I have not found it yet. But, if there is really a third person involved, I guess we might as well close the site as it would mean several people would try to jeopardize the site, and for the magnitude of this site, it wouldn't worth it to continue if most people would try to bring it down. But, for those who have doubts about it, the site is running and is expected to remain as is for as long as it could. I just mentioned that in a general POV.
>
>But, obviously, this is like a revolution. It keeps coming back every two years. Everytime all is cool and running OK, there is always someone trying to cause trouble.
>
>On an isolated note, I mentioned that to someone recently, Chatter is the cause of all this at 85%. Maybe it is time to poll a survey as to know if members of this site would be able to live without the Chatter forum and the Chatter category in each of the forum. As, this is like opening the possibility for members with bad intentions to cause trouble at this site. There are several items related to it. The political debate is often in the middle of those "chicanes". The prime objectif of the site is to offer a technical support engine. What if we drop this once and for all. Do you think the site would be better?

Michel,

There are many sites out there that do not tolerate chatter sections, but I find the UT chatter section something I look forward to reading once in a while.
