You can keep the ban (on both of them), but I worry that if Kevin really isn't Grover (and he strongly insists that he isn't), then it would really suck to have all those really bad posts by Grover be attributed to someone (Kevin) who really never said that.

I can make an account totally disappear or to hide all related messages. But, once merged, the data is irreversible. But, as of now, the issue is closed. No further action is planned until I would receive something from him in regards to what I asked earlier on. The medium would then be to send a letter by regular mail.
