>>Hmm, that might be interesting, but I'm not sure how relevant. If "practice makes perfect", then by posting more often, and on more forums, you'd think an MVP would "know better" and have a lower chance of violating T&Cs. Especially if they've been present while other MVPs got banned, so they'd know they were not immune, and it could happen to them.

>>From what I remember in this thread, no-one actually said, in so many words, that MVPs deserve to be banned. I interpreted the remarks as saying there seems to be a higher-than-average chance of actually getting banned if you are an MVP - whether merited or not. Bonnie seems to have interpreted those remarks as saying that MVPs deserve to be banned, but I didn't read them that way.

>No, I didn't interpret it that way ... although, yeah, I did use the word "deserved". I re-wrote that post so many time before I hit "Send", but I must have spaced-out on that <g>. My bad!! I just didn't like the presumption of a correlation between "MVP and banning".

I think Michel was only making an observation of past altercations involving MVPs to dispel the idea that being an MVP would necessarily put one above reproach.
In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends - Martin Luther King, Jr.
