One common account configuration is for it to be locked out if there are X unsuccessful attempts to log on (i.e. incorrect password).

Maybe it's a sign that someone was trying to guess the passwords for yours and Kevin's accounts.

Maybe Michel can confirm:

- if there is such an account lockout policy in place
- if the IP addresses of the logon attempts were logged

If your (yours and Kevin's) accounts were indeed locked out because of hack attempts, I'd suggest to Michel that he implement e-mail notification to the users informing them of that situation.
