I ordered VS 6.0 upgrade in Aug. and received it on Aug. 24 from Micro Warehouse. The price was $399.95 and it had a $100 rebate in the box. Their address is www.warehouse.com and the Item # is S12542. I don't know what their stock status is now but, I think they list In/Out stock on their site.
