The vertical scrollbar (scrollbar property set to 2) disappears when application is run on some workstations and not on others. Even when the resolution on those workstations is changed so that resolution * 2 is greater than the top of the bottom-most object on the form, the scrollbar is still not displayed.

Any suggestions or ideas what the problem may be?
