I guess none of us can be sure how we'd handle it until we find ourselves in that situation, but perhaps we can agree that a calm approach to Michel is required- even if he closed his firewall to you arbitrarily as has been suggested. I understand the motivations of those who want to get involved but doing it publicly simply feeds the appetites of those who enjoy this sort of drama. At present I'm one of the feeders, so that's definitely it from me.
