No it doesn't work. Microsoft closed the case as it was drawing to much negative attention, don't you love their logic/business ethics.

Someone (who is no longer active on Universal Thread) posted a link to this article on Experts-Exchange.COM as a resolution to SMB2 issues rather than turning SMB2 off and I just wondered if anyone knew anything about this fix?
