By giving these handouts to people, they take away their dignity and enslave them to gov't programs and handouts.. And keep themselves re-elected becuse the people are getting something for nothing...

>>>If you look at the demographics that represent the majority of democratic supporters, you will them centered in the big urban areas of the US. These areas are predominantly minority and under-privelaged. This demographic will continue to support those that give them everything with nothing but a vote in return as required payment. They buy their majority...

>Nice twist to what I said.... Where did I say that the majority of US citizens are minorities and under privileged..... The majority of democratic supporters come from this demographic ergo the bums keep getting elected. Look at people like fat ted kennedy, the drunk, the murderer .... or Nancy Pelosi..... or.. I could go on..

>When you see election returns 95 % of the country is red.... only the big urban areas are blue and they keep growing in density.

The point stands that you have a problem with democratic support being mainly amongst the poor and under privileged. So its only natural that after a period of Republican government where the rich get much richer and a lot of people get poorer you'll swing round to a democrat administration. But cheer up because once the general population starts feeling more affluent they'll swing right again.

BTW its amusing how the colour connotations are different over here. Our cities are largely red (labour) and the countryside is blue (Tories).
