Sorry for taking so long to reply.
What I am trying to do is to duplicate a process done in WP where the user is setting the water mark level to actually 30%. The watermark has also got multi-colored dots. I suppose that would probably just be the particular shade of gray.

But also I was curious about how to implement the watermark that would not display originally but only after you tried to photocopy it.
