It has been said of soccer, as it was of Unix, that it is the sport of the future in the U.S. and always will be ;-) Personally I like the game a lot but it hasn't made much of a dent here overall. (Other than Portland, Oregon, evidently. They have a new MLS team and are going nuts for them).
