When the cookie was reseted, people who always typed the password in uppercase thought there was something wrong with their password. A password reset resolved the issue in those cases.

After taking a look at the list of IP's - those are for sure all mine (and there are only 3 of them so it's not difficult for me to verify). I'd say it's safe to say no one else has logged in with my account. Still not sure what happened - but at least I know no one else used my account.
