>>Thanks Marcia. It's an ebb and flow. Sometimes one of them will espouse some of the talking points that almost mandates someone counter the BS with truth. I love to point out the flaws in the libs arguments and the irony of their arguments. Sometimes I think their synapse only fires every other time.... they love to hammer Palin and call her stupid, but I'll tell you, she defeated a sitting "good old boy" governor. Stupid - she ain't. I actually like her position on most everything. She is the most Reaganesque of the bunch. Ron Paul is a wacko. I'm thinking about sending him a large roll of tin foil.

>Neither Palin or Bachmann will ever beat Obama. Reagan, despite the party grandstanding, wasn't a great president.

>Give me a true fiscal conservative who doesn't shove his ideology on me! Is there one? Oh yeah, Ron Paul. I'm not saying I'm going to vote for him, but name one position of Ron Paul that you think makes him a wacko.

Well, that legalizing drugs is one position I cannot support. Other than that, he's not too bad. Palin is smarter though and much, much hotter. I doubt she will run this time, but she can help frame the arguments and push for the most conservative candidate. If Ron Paul happens to get the R nod, I'll vote for him, without even holding my nose, because the alternative is to leave the great obfuscator in power and I truly believe he is out to destroy our way of life. His is a product of Saul Alinsky's school of radicalism, as is Hillary - http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/03/24/AR2007032401152.html
