Continuously. Fitness seems to be the agenda of your elementary schools.

Did you know that on average there is about 12 minutes of play in a 60 minute NFL game? After almost every play they take 30 seconds to back up and talk it over with their teammates. And then there are all the called timeouts and TV commercial timeouts. The game is on the air for over three hours and there is less than one hour of action.

You can be highly successful in American football with a body like this.
