Ha! I have sent several text messages in my life already, possibly as many as 10. A couple were in the presence of my daughters and they were holding their sides with laughter.

I know what you mean about feeling a little out of it sometimes with new technology. Kids are growing up with the net and smartphones as part of their basic environment. It's the equivalent of us knowing how to make phone calls when we were younger. (The odd thing is they rarely make phone calls; they text).
