Let me start by saying I think Casey Anthony is guilty of something.

If you follow the case you'll know that all evidence is circumstantial, and yet the prosecution is seeking the death penalty. This is why the death penalty should be abolished. Prosecutors should NEVER try for the death penalty on a case that hinges on circumstantial evidence!!!!

The justice system has proven it can't be trusted with the death penalty. Prosecutors and District Attorneys use cases to further their careers. Innocent people have been convicted and put to death for crimes they didn't commit.

We MUST abolish the death penalty, not because there aren't people who deserve the ultimate punishment, but because we must protect ourselves from a justice system that sometimes fails badly.
