Agreed. Gross incompetence.

For once I am on the law and order side of the street. Many prosecutors are young and inexperienced. Highly paid defense attorneys can do the mambo with them in their sleep and people wind up getting away with murder. I am still steamed about the OJ criminal trial and that was 15 years ago. His "dream team" of lawyers swamped Marcia Whatshername and he literally got away with murder. If he didn't kill Nicole you can kill me, my daughters, and everyone else I care about. I was working at home at the time and spent almost every day working around the TV coverage. He was as guilty as hell. Please understand that I was a huge OJ fan when he was a player. But he offed her, no question. Her blood in his car. Her blood in his bedroom. His DNA at the crime scene. Shoeprints matching a pair of Italian shoes she bought him as a Christmas gift, about six of which were sold in the U.S. No alibi other than claiming to have been practicing chip shots in the back yard after dark. Motive, opportunity. Cuts on his hands. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
