Hi

I've been asked to go to a new customer to look at the speed of a network,

Apparently they are complaining that the speed of the network has slow down lately.

How does one go about finding out what is causing a network to run slower?

Is there any software any of you guys can recommend I could use to analyse the network and find any bottlenecks or problems?

They have got BT to look at this, and they were unable to diagnose the problem.

Any help extremley appreciated
