That means exactly what was said:

You have to copy the ReportPreview.Ap and ReportOutput.APP to the same folder where you stored FoxyPreviewer.
Make sure to use the most recent versions. They are available for download at the same downloads link of FoxyPreviewer, get the file "Report*.APP"

Another good practice is to set the global variables
_REPORTOUTPUT = the fullpath of Reportoutput.app
_REPORTPREVIEW = the fullpath of ReportPreview.app
