Hi anyone,

I'm running fpw26 code with a VFP9SP2 engine and am finding that _CUROBJ will not accept a new value, as in:

_CUROBJ=OBJNUM([an active GET varname])

OBJNUM() is returning the correct GET mvar's number, but _CUROBJ remains unchanged. I also find I cannot assign a new value to _CUROBJ at the command window.

Yep, I understand _CUROBJ is "Included for backward compatibility. Use the ActiveControl Property for new forms instead." but this is not going to wag a re-write dog yet. Does this mean _CUROBJ doesn't actually work at all?
