I need to see if Word Pad loads the entire file and uses virtual memory to do so. I have tried several shareware editors including Ultraedit and Notebook. I have also tried Word. They all choke.

Notebook tries to use virtual memory. But I only have about 250MB of virtual memory laying around. Besides, it's too slow loading.
