1)
Show your picture in a separate an imageobject of a seperate form: frmPicture.Image1

frmPicture.Image1.Anchor = 15
frmPicture.Image1.Stretch = 1

This willl make the maximum available size depending on screen size.

2)
In case you want to show the picture in the maximum size of the picture itself which could be bigger than the screen you will have to make use of a scrollable pictureobject. A little bit more code but absolutely doable.

3)
You can also restrict the size of the picture to be shown to the maximum size of the pictureobject, for that you have to play with the picturedimensions.
