You mean can VFP consume webservices if Internet access is available.
The answer is (in my opinion, a qualified) yes.

You're stuck with the (deprecated) MSSOAP.SoapClient which can be fiddly to use with, for example, web services requiring a logon and extracting the results may not be easy for a webservice returning complex results.

IIRC, there's a class that comes with VFP ( webservices.vcx? ) which simplifies things a bit.
If I need this now I use .NET to handle to communication and create a wrapper....
