Hi Bill

Yes. I'm running the sub report separately in crystal.

There are selection specs in crystal. A start and end date and an organisation ref..

Entering those parameters in crystal gives me one row of results.

If I then display the SQL used and paste that into the management studio I get 4 rows..

The datasource is several tables from an SQL2005 database.
