Hi Bill

I think I've resolved part of my problem. I wasn't aware how hard it was to change datasource locations (ie it has to be done for each table in each subreport).

A couple of questions.

1 is there a way to change all the datasource locations globally to allow me to easily point a report at different locations.

2. I need to exclude some records and wanted to include a subquery . This doesn't seem to be easily possible in Crystal. Any ideas on how that sort of exclusion is usually handled in Crystal ?
