Hi Greg,

All the header files come with VC++. It's pretty simple using the Windows Explorer to find the appropriate header file, by searching for it in the *.h files and indicating the text (in this case the constant value).

No I don't believe it's in the library. However, there's an FAQ here at the UT that I wrote that gives several sources for Win32API documentation. The SDK comes with the MSDN Professional or Universal subscription.
