We have a small VFP9 app that gathers data and writes it out to an Excel file (opens a template Excel file, updates the file then writes it out under a new name). The app works fine in XP but we are having a problem running it under Windows 7.

We have the shortcut to the exe set to "Run as Administrator" - that got us to the point where the system could open the template Excel file but it hangs at that point.

What am I missing? TIA for your help!
