>>>>>Today I left my local grocery shop at 12:00 sharp. I put down my bags and stood still for one minute, thinking what a tragedy happened last Friday. I was not alone, it is assumed that almost every Norwegian did the same. All traffic stopped for one minute, including the trains. This one minute of silence was very special, it really felt good.

>>>I feel that this tragedy shows how different people from different parts of the world and with different culture reacts. Nobody has shown any desire to have this guy lynched, but we don't want to ever see him set free either. We want to show this person how wrong he is, and that he has almost no support. We fight hatred and evil with love, peace and roses.

>Bolivia, too, has a maximum prison sentence, in this case, 30 years. Too lenient, in my opinion - it is just too dangerous to leave a dangerous murderer free, and allow him/her to commit more murders.

Actually, in this case the man will be prosecuted by a new law where the maximum penalty is 30 years of prison. The new law is especially written with "crimes against humanity" in mind.

In addition we now have the possibility to keep the person in custody after the penalty is served, giving us a theoretic "life sentence".
