Every logical and common sense person would say that punishment should fit the crime. Now let's look at this case:

The psychopathic animal killer in Norway kills about 70 people, in cold blood, and still not showing any remorse.

His punishment will be:
He will most likely live until old age.
He will get coffee and three meals every day.
He will have an exercise facility to stay in shape.
He will have access to a computer.
He will have access to a library so that he does not get bored.
He may even take on-line course to better his education.
He will have a legal assistance any time he needs.
He will have a medical help if he so needs or desires.

Yeap. Punishment fits the crime.
