Hmmm...this looks pretty straightforward--I don't see anything wrong with the settings. I'm sure you have many other combo boxes where this is working just fine? Is it possible a parent/child relationship is set up incorrectly on that form? If after reviewing the relationships you don't discover anything let me know and I will have one of our guys get in touch with you to take a look.
