Hi Tommy
This works in VFP 9 SP2
CLOSE DATABASES ALL
CREATE TABLE MyTable (Id I, Field1 Char(10))
INSERT INTO MyTable VALUES (1,"11111")
INSERT INTO MyTable VALUES (2,"22222")
INSERT INTO MyTable VALUES (4,"44444")
INSERT INTO MyTable VALUES (5,"55555")
INSERT INTO MyTable VALUES (6,"66666")
BROWSE NORMAL
GOTO 2
INSERT BLANK
REPLACE Id WITH 3, Field1 WITH "33333"
BROWSE NORMAL
