I don't want anyone to control what I eat - be it the UN, the NGOs, the governments, the corporations or the priests. Some governmental body should keep it free from known poisons by spot checking (not by burdening every manufacturer with full blown 11 room facility for testing this and that), and that's it. The rest of the regulation is up to me and my senses.
