Imagine I'd like to print that memo containing plain text in RTF format.
Do you have any idea how I can do it?

Here is what I found on Crystal Report Web site

Problem:
A "Text" field from MS SQL Server, that contains data in RTF (Rich Text Format), is reporting as a path or odd data instead
of the true
database value.
For example,
Sample RTF text from the database is displaying on a report like this:

Solution
No recognition of RTF type database fields is currently supported in Crystal.
