Hi George -
I've installed VFP 9.0 on 3 Win7 boxes, 2-32bit and 1-64 bit without a problem. The 64 bit box is home premium and the other 2 were professional.

Perhaps there is something about the way you are typing the key values or maybe some settings in your windows configuration?
