This question is really going to show my ignorance.

I have a report class that in one of the methods I determine whether It was called from another form and then I can print a report based on the primary key of the table selected in the calling form. If report class is created from my reportcatalog class I want to make the report class visible and have the customer key in some selection criteria. So, I make the form visible and then issue a read events so the customer can key in the selection criteria and then I issue a clear events when they click the Print button.

This worked fine while testing from the command window. Now that I try to run it through my application the program control skips right past the read events!

Can I not issue another read events after the initial read events in my main program?

Does this make any sense?
