We are holding an iPhone/iPad/HTML5 Training class in Maui, HI, October 12-14, 2011 at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center (http://www.mauiarts.org).

NOTE: If you can't make it to Maui, you can also take this training on-line since we will be broadcasting using GoToMeeting.

This three day class teaches you the basics you need to know to create Apps for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch using the latest iOS5. The class takes you through the intial inception of an idea for an App (helping you choose wisely) through the design, implementation, testing, and release of an iOS App. In these sessions you get a real taste for the entire App development process from beginning to end with emphasis on best practices throughout. This includes information on researching and choosing your App, laying out a solid architecture, coding techniques, testing tools, working with the iPhone/iPad simulator as well as the process of deploying to actual devices, all the way through App submission.

This training includes a session on HTML which allows you to create Apps that can run on most smart phones (iPhone/iPad, Android, Windows 7 Phone, etc). When creating a new iOS application, one of the big questions you will answer is "should I use HTML5 or write a native iOS application?". This session introduces the features of HTML5 and helps you choose the right technology--which may be a mix of both!

If you register by September 15, the class is just $799 ($200 off our regular price)!
