I want to output some tables to CSV files. I have investigating osql, sqlcmd, and even bcp. Even though I can generate a comma delimited file just fine, neither of the utilities seem to provide a means to out the character columns as quoted with double-quotes.

Doed anyone know the trick to generating a CSV with the double-quotes?
