Hi,

When trying to use the Rich Text control, I get the following error:

Error: Ole Error Code 0x80040112: Appropriate license for this class not found.

Why do I get this? If it is a registry problem, what/how do I register it?

Is there a good document/book explaining VFP/OCX related registry entries - what goes where when something is registered, etc.? How do I tell if an OCX is registered for use by VFP by looking with RegEdit? Where does VFP get its list of ole controls "available" when you add a new ole container control? Why are they there if you can't use them?

This is VFP 5.0 installed from Dev Studio CDs. I did not install any other apps such as VB.
