When I first posted this issue I had assumed it was a FoxPro specific problem.

Since then I have confirmed that the same problem happens with a .NET EXE that targets the .NET Framework 4.

I have one of my .NET developers looking for a solution on their forums also. Maybe what he finds will be applicable to FoxPro also.
