The only "problem" with logmein was the idiot IT guy who was a control freak and kept changing people's access and passwords and generally screwing up a system I set up and had been using for 4 years before he decided to take it over. We were using both the free a pro versions with great success before he started "administering" them.
I love Logmein and use it all over the place. I even use it to connect from my laptop to my desktop when I'm in bed with the laptop.
