I've never said Microsoft was perfect. But what Google is doing is blatant and from the looks of things, will get nailed for it. Oracle is suing for $2.4 billion. If it's proven that Google purposely violated the Java patents, they could end up paying three times that amount. There are other, similar suits pending against Googe. Some believe that Google will not be able to sustain their current direction.
