Are you still getting the error message about an app.config not found? If so, it may be that you're not using the latest version of MM .NET. We had a version uploaded for just a few days that had that message box displayed (inadvertently) and newer versions no longer display it. It doesn't cause a problem, but the error message is a bit irritating!

Regarding the problem you're experiencing with NUnit, make sure you have followed the instructions in the MM .NET Dev Guide topic "Downloading and Installing NUnit".
