>I have a report that runs a SQL-SELECT to a cursor for the report data that depending on the amount of data can take up to 10+ seconds to run. 10+ seconds with no visual indication can seem like an eternity to a user. With SET TALK ON I get the progress bar which is great with the message Running Query... which is not so great. Is there a way in VFP6 to change this message or is there a better way to give the users a visual indication that progress is being made? TIA

I use a WAIT WINDOW NOWAIT "Selecting records for the blah report". I also have SET TALK ON so they can see the progress.
