Download my jQuery whitepaper from last year's SWFox conference. One of the samples I demo'd using a jQuery calendar control and had another form (called Server) that responded to the calendar when callbacks occurred. It was a bit of smoke and mirrors (I don't actually parse the entire header and I pass back a hard coded calendar schedule and I didn't implement all of the functionality) but it at least shows off the idea. To run it start up the Server form, then run the Browser form. Select the "Plug-ins Calendar" demo from the dropdown (the last one on the list). Hit the month back button until you get to July/August 2010. Then you should see the events populated - that's coming from the Server form (you can see the info on the form). I used two forms for this but you could do it with one.
