Has anyone used PGP under .NET? Assuming we have a public key, which we need to encrypt a file with, and that the receiver has a private key to decrypt the file, what will be mostly the steps involved?

I have downloaded version 1.4.11. This seems to be the simplest version. But, from the documentation, this does not seem to be ready as is. It seems we have to compile something that use a command Make and then Make Install. I have to say this is very confusing. The only think I want to do is to encrypt a file. I have the public key. I have the file. But, when I unzip the 1.4.11 version, it ended up with a lot of sub directories and so on. Basically, I only need the minimum file to be able to encrypt. Do I really need to install all those files into a production environment? If not, what is the minimum required?
