You missed at least:
the mobile phone, LCD screens (the laptop), digital instead of analogue (CD/DVD/Net), Postscript.
Win95 should not be there - and instead of Linux OpenSource idea IMHO.

But for perhaps an angle the xPad/xPhone producers haven#t expected,
look up BYOD at Colgate/Palmolive.
Exchanging HW cost with developing safe protocols/procedures will be interesting:
will it open more security back doors into the company ? If not, it should be a clear winner.

The always-on mobile terminal (mostly w/o keys) as a personal accessory will be market changing.
