When creating the report make sure to set it up as a report, not a label.
Create/set your custom report size that matches the label size.
When done with your report, hack it by using the report.frx as a table and in record 1, strip out all but the ORIENTATION=1 (or 2) from the Expr field and empty the Tag and Tag2 fields
In your windows dymo printer set the default paper size to the label you are using. Be careful, there are something like 3 places where you can assign the default label size in the print driver in windows. Set them all on every tab and set your orientation too.

Now your report should work fine and you don't have to mess with Dymo software at all.
