>Another day in the life of Tim Lincecum -- he goes 7 innings in Atlanta in an important game, gives up one run on five hits, a solo homer to Chipper Jones which is the only run scored. He strikes out 7 and his record is lowered to 11-10. It's not important, it really isn't, but this guy has to pitch his way past his own offense every time out.
Ricky Romero is having much the same issues. He's won his last 5 games, but only almost on his own. In his 9 losses, I think the statistic is that the Jays got him a total of 14 runs. I'm too lazy to double check, but it's a low number. Last night was nice to see. His 2nd complete game shutout and they got him 7 runs to make sure.
